Toe Bean Green

Our newest and only green sauce. A base of Hatch Green Chilis and jalapenos start off this zesty sauce. We add our own pepper cross (Toe Beans), acid and a hint of cilantro round it out. Perfect for tacos, burritos, enchiladas, nachos, grilled chicken, fish, eggs, quesadillas, and as a dipping sauce for chips and vegetables. Drizzle over pizza, stir into sour cream for a tangy topping, or mix into mayo for sandwiches and wraps.
